Barclays Bank - Customer Services dissatisfied
Each time I have phoned to change my residential address from the temporary UK address to my permanent South African Barclays have on the system, I get a different story each time after I have passed the security questions. Not easy either trying to understand their accent especially when the call center is based in the Philippines!!!
I have also written a letter with copy of my passport and municipal account to prove my address, to Leicester, UK by courier on 10th July 2018 and still no reply. What else do I have to do apart from flying over to the UK from South Africa and visit a branch personally.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Change my address and courier to me my new Debit card.
Barclays Bank Pros: Helpful at the branch.
Barclays Bank Cons: Customer services very disappointing.
