After continous follow ups they have failed to response to my queries.. seems like this is some find of a fraud or an attempted identity theft !!!

Written by Nilesh Kumar Bhojak, on 26-08-2009 07:07 Barclays credit card people are fraud , many a times they call me for credit card, took my information then after 6 months they call me saying i am their very good customer so eligible for a loan without sending any card. then after one year they again sent their representative to me to collect my documents and then enquiry was successfully made even after 3 months there is no card. So dear don't waste time with their call and if they call abuse them at most of top , they never heard specially if there is a lady, so she will stop disturbing to others. its a fraud bank  |

Written by Durga Prasanna Samal, on 06-09-2008 15:49 I have taken a personal loan from Barclay PLC on 29/08/2008.They told me at the time of conformation call ,2.25% service fee they will charge on loan ammount.When i was getting money i saw 4% deducted from my loan amount. I think Barclay bank and barclay customer service both are fraud. |

I got a call to say that as I have been a loyal customer (which I haven't), they wanted to give me a present. I was very excited until I found out that the 'present' was a Barclaycard. Barclaycard isn't a present - more like a noose round one's neck. I was hoping for an ipod! Keep an eye on your credit files in case someone tries to get credit in your name. They now have all the details they need. I'm still astounded that people still hold accounts with Barclays considering the appalling service they provide. When there's fraud on your account, that's when Barclays' incompetence really shines through. |

I have applied for Barclay Bank credit card 3 months ago. They already taken my all documents but after 1 months there is no response from them, then i submit complaint 6-7 times to Barckaly bank. After that their regional head call me from Mumbai that this is done by mistake. he send send me a executive to again collecting my documents. I again give documents to them. But till today i still there is no response from Barcklay Bank. I don't know where is my documents. what is the status of my credit card. I am very musch frustated from the services which Barcklay Bank offers. Now if they even offer me a Credit Card i never want to take this bad credit card & i also warn all customers of india that never take Barcklay Bank credit card. |
